About BikeFinder
Founded in 2015, BikeFinder’s roots began in the heart of Stavanger, Norway’s entrepreneurial and innovative tech start-up community.
After the founding team had their bikes stolen, a vision for bike security was born. BikeFinder spent 4 years perfecting the world’s first tracker made especially for bikes. We combine multiple communication technologies with bike-optimized hardware design and cutting-edge IoT software development.
Today our tracker is used in 31 different countries worldwide as we continue to be a technology forerunner in bike IoT.

BikeFinder AS søker en entusiastisk Sales Manager som brenner for å være ute hos nye kunder å vise frem et markedsledende norsk tech produkt. Som Sales Manager i BikeFinder bidrar du til økt innovasjon og tryggere samfunn. I samarbeid med resten av salgsteamet skal du utvikle vekstselskapet BikeFinder med fokus på det norske markedet.
Sales Manager tar del i vårt salgsarbeid mot B2C (retail), B2B (eks. flåte-salg) og OEM (sykkelprodusenter), gjennom leveranser av løsning for sporing av sykler m/forsikring. Jobben består av kvalitative oppsøkende tekniske salg. I tillegg skal du utvikle relasjonen med dedikerte mennesker i sykkelindustrien og drive opplæring av eksisterende forhandlere i Norge. Du må kunne formidle vårt verdiforslag på en slik måte at forhandler blir entusiastisk og trygg på våre løsninger. Vår nye Sales Manager skal sammen med sine dyktige kolleger levere solide prestasjoner med fokus på trygghet for forbruker.
Vi ser etter deg som får energi av å treffe andre mennesker, liker å reise mye og jobbe i et høyt tempo. Du har veldig gjerne erfaring fra salg til retail, men det er viktigst at du er glad i mennesker, evner å jobbe alene og i team og blir stolt av å levere gode resultater sammen med dine kolleger.

Sales Manager Germany (m/f/d)

As Sales Manager at BikeFinder, you will contribute to increased innovation and a safer society. In collaboration with the rest of the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth in Germany.
The Sales Manager takes part in our sales work towards B2C (retail), B2B (e.g. fleet sales), and OEM (bicycle manufacturers) through delivering solutions for tracking bicycles with insurance. The role involves conducting high-quality technical sales outreach. In addition, you will develop relationships with dedicated people in the bicycle industry and conduct training for existing dealers in Germany. You must be able to communicate our value proposition in such a way that dealers become enthusiastic and confident in our solutions. Our new Sales Manager, together with their talented colleagues, will deliver solid performance with a focus on consumer safety.
We are looking for someone who is energized by meeting other people, likes to travel a lot, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You preferably have experience in sales to retail, but it is most important that you love people, can work in a team, and take pride in achieving great results together with your colleagues.
