Some domains may have problems logging into the BikeFinder services.
If possible, we recommend creating another email account, for example with gmail.com, and use this mail for the purpose, so that you avoid further troubles and frustration with logins in the future. You can also contact [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.

Reason explained

When logging into the BikeFinder application, you will be sent a one-time generated code to your registered mail address. For some users with certain mail addresses, it may take up to 30 minutes until the code arrives. The issue with this is that the login session already has timed out by this time period.
