For accurate status updates, we recommend using the app. The information below applies to the G1 tracker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Green LED-light<a href=\"https:\/\/bikefinder.freshdesk.com\/support\/solutions\/articles\/44001517231-what-do-the-different-led-lights-mean-#Content-creation-FAQs\"><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The tracker is sending positions to the BikeFinder server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are charging, a green light indicates that the battery has been fully charged.&nbsp;<br><br>Despite the green LED-light, we advise you to charge the tracker for a minimum of 2,5-3 hours every time it needs being recharged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Blue\/white LED-light<a href=\"https:\/\/bikefinder.freshdesk.com\/support\/solutions\/articles\/44001517231-what-do-the-different-led-lights-mean-#Content-creation-FAQs\"><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your tracker is searching for a GPS-position.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Red, constant LED-light<a href=\"https:\/\/bikefinder.freshdesk.com\/support\/solutions\/articles\/44001517231-what-do-the-different-led-lights-mean-#Content-creation-FAQs\"><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While charging, this indicates that the battery is charging.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Red, green and blue lights blinking constantly<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Error indication that either means your tracker is not online, or that it is missing a subscription paired to it.<br><br>\u27a3&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bikefinder.com\/da\/articles\/faq\/set-up-your-bikefinder\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>How to get started<\/strong><\/a><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-primary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-primary-background-color has-background\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No LED-light<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If your tracker is sleeping, the LED-light indication should turn on again next time it is being moved. This also depends on which mode the tracker is put in.
