Founded in 2015, BikeFinder’s roots began in the heart of Stavanger, Norway’s entrepreneurial and innovative tech start-up community.

After the founding team had their bikes stolen, a vision for bike security was born. BikeFinder spent 4 years perfecting the world’s first tracker made especially for bikes. We combine multiple communication technologies with bike-optimized hardware design and cutting-edge IoT software development.

We’re looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager B2B & OEM Sales (m/f/d) to join our team, focusing on B2B and OEM markets. In this role, you’ll be driving the sales of our state-of-the-art tracking solution and software portfolio, developing new markets and building strong customer relationships through effective Key Account Management.

  • Sales of tracking solution, including software portfolio products, OEM to Bike brands
  • Sales of tracking solution and fleet management solutions to B2B and bike rentals/leasing ect.
  • Sales of aftermarket tracking solution to distributors and retailers
  • Establish new sales channels through distributors and retailers
  • Management of existing sales channels with hands on product training and KAM programs
  • Building good customer relations
  • Experience with OEM or B2B sales within the bike industry preferred
  • Proven track record in sales and customer acquisition
  • Passion for sales and fighting bike crime
  • Ability to understand and pitch technical products and SaaS with focus on solutions to customer pain
  • Ability to navigate work tools like Salesforce, Teams, powerpoint
  • Excellent oral and written English skills required, other languages a plus
  • Travelling domestically and internationally to be expected
