Check the Battery
Make sure the battery level on your tracker is above 20%. You’ll receive a push notification when it’s below 40%.
Active Subscription
BikeFinder works with a subscription – just make sure it’s active. You can check this easy in our app.
Out of Passive Mode
There are different modes of tracking on your bikefinder. Make sure you are not in passive mode when parked. You can change this quickly & easily in our app.
Use a Bike Lock
After properly installing your BikeFinder tracker, make sure you always lock it through the frame with an approved bike lock.
