Did your payment not go through?

Some countries need their bank to approve the card being charged from the specific dealer beforehand.

Banks may request authentication for various reasons, such as meeting regulations like Strong Customer Authentication in Europe, or verifying the customer’s identity. Some banks may require 3DS authentication.
