We do not offer our customers to change password. For every unique login attempt, you must use the unique auto-generated passord that you receive in your mail inbox.

How-to login:

1. www.bikefinder.com
2. Choose ”My Account”
3. Write the user mail you used to register with (the one you will use to log in with in the application)
4. You will soon receive a code sent to this user; write the code in the requested area

From your account page, you can manage your subscription(s).

It is important to use the freshest code in your mail. This code may show up after a few minutes. If you have tried several times, you could end up using the wrong code, as the time-stamp would be wrong. Check the mail’s details if unsure.

• If you have tried several times, and made sure to use the freshest code every time, try again, but only ONE time, in 30 minutes. This way you’ll know that the codes have not been mixed up.
• If you’re attempting to login with your smartphone through the Bikefinder application, see if you may succeed logging in by turning off WiFi and use the 4G/5G network option.
