A few things to know.
Why do I need a subscription?
An active subscription connects your tracker to the BikeFinder service and enables location tracking in the app. The tracker and the subscription are separate parts of your purchase.
When do I pay for my subscription?
Your first subscription payment is included in the amount due today. A monthly plan renews each month; a 12-month or 24-month plan is paid in full and renews at that interval. The summary shows the renewal amount separately from the tracker.
Is insurance included?
Only when you choose tracking with insurance. Availability, bicycle-value limits and eligibility depend on your delivery country and the applicable policy. Delivery country alone does not establish eligibility.
Why does my delivery country matter?
Your delivery country determines which tracker, prices and insurance options are available. You can read the page in another language without changing those choices.
